Stuart Pearson

Division Director


30 years’ industry experience in managing departments and contracts promoting PPE, workwear and janitorial supplies. Stuart was with Parker Merchanting for 16 years, Managing Director at Eurox Careerwear for three years, followed by five years at Corporate Express/ Staples and two years at Alexandra Workwear as International Sales Director. Stuart has held the post of Director of SPOT Group Facilities Supplies, Workwear & Tail Management Division since 2011.

John Williams

National Product Sector Consultant


Over 20 years’ experience in the safety and PPE industry and NEBOSH qualified for over 10 years. John has expertise in hand protection and has produced hand protection training programmes for leading construction companies such as Kier. These programmes have helped to reduce hand and arm accidents by over 30%. BICSc qualified and experienced in managing national multi-site contracts, John is passionate about sustainable solutions and worked on various Climafuel projects.

Alastair Ritchie

Sales and Operations Manager


27 years’ industry experience in PPE, workwear and janitorial supplies. Alastair provided internal sales support in a management capacity at Parker Merchanting for 15 years followed by six years at Morleys Educational. Alastair has been with OfficeTeam since January 2012 managing the internal support team.

Sean Penny

Product Sector Consultant


Five years’ experience within the facilities management industry including the distribution of cleaning chemicals, cleaning machinery, janitorial and PPE supplies. Sean has experience working across the public and private sectors, NHS, leisure, hospitality and education industries and is involved at implementation stage, but also provides ongoing aftercare such as COSHH training.

Rebecca Gardham

Product Sector Consultant


Over ten years working in the hygiene and janitorial sector. Field sales roles have included working for a national washroom company and a small independent hygiene company in the North East before joining the OfficeTeam Facilities Supplies division in 2015. Rebecca is experienced in janitorial solutions and paper consumable systems and provides support to the Northern and Midlands team with existing customers and new business opportunities.

Hendrick Yong

Product Sector Consultant


Having joined OfficeTeam Facilities Supplies division in May 2017. Hendrick has eight years’ experience working in the office supplies industry, specialising in facilitating clients to consolidate their supply chain and reducing business operation costs. As the Product Sector Consultant for London & South East, Hendrick is involved with mid-market to large new business opportunities and will support the customer through the implementation processes.

Duncan McAllister

Product Sector Consultant


Having joined OfficeTeam in 2013, Duncan has 30 years’ experience within the janitorial, PPE and workwear supplies industry and is NEBOSH and BICsc qualified. Experienced in dealing with large single and multi-site national accounts and provides CoSHH and H&S training for customers. Previous roles include working for both PPE and hygiene manufacturing and distribution organisations.
